As real estate investors, our company was created to stem the growing tide of foreclosures; not only in commercial real estate but in the overall housing market nationwide.
With that being said, we combined our knowledge, ongoing education, backgrounds and experience in real estate--along with 19 years [in the business world] and voilá, Leapfrog’s founding was born!
Our primary mission is two-fold:
1) As real estate investors, to establish our company as a leader in the acquisition and management of commercial real estate properties such as:
* multifamily properties, duplexes, triplexes and quads
* apartment communities (8 units to 120 units or more)
* condominium conversions and units
* office/professional buildings
* malls/strip centers
* hotels and motels
* big box storage units and warehouses
2) To provide assistance to the motivated sellers of these commercial properties with solutions and debt relief in an honest, ethical manner. Overall, our commitment is to our clients—ensuring their satisfaction.
Real estate has many components, so there are a few other areas requiring our services. Outside of the commercial real estate market, we realized individual homeowners were suffering as well. In times of economic turmoil, people often do not know where to turn for help. They usually take the traditional route of selling their homes--either using an agent or FSBO.
We like to think outside the box...by providing debt relief and monetary solutions to motivated sellers who would not have considered other options. We work with motivated sellers of cosmetically-distressed properties such as single-family homes they no longer want or can’t afford to keep.
Our F.O.C.U.S. is on the acquisition and management of commercial real estate and multifamily properties in West Virginia, Western Maryland and Virginia....any area, any condition; cash or terms.
